For our headquarters in Rosmalen, the Netherlands, we are looking for a Junior BI Customer Support Consultant
Every consultant must be able to handle the coordination, documenting and processing of any first and second line incident in such a way that the functional or technical administrator that issued the call can use the BWise application in the best possible way. If needed he will provide a work-around while the software is modified by the development team
Key responsibilities
- Call intake
- Analysis of the request/ problem based on the delivered information (first line evaluation), clarify the issue if unclear and request additional information in case required
- Reproduction of change requests (software problems or new functionality requests)
- Provide detailed help to the customer
- Log all calls into our CRM system
Requirements
- <1 year experience or strong interest in: Business Intelligence, Process Management, Internal Control, Risk Management
- < 1year experience as a 1st line support consultant
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Oracle DB, SQL and/or Crystal Syntax is preferred.
- Good communicator
- Take ownership
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills
- Any other language would be a big plus (preferably Dutch, French, German and/ or Spanish)
- Stress Resistant
- Independent
